Every year when the holidays roll in, my kitchen basically turns into Santaโs workshopโฆ if Santa ran a bakery and had an unhealthy attachment to sheet pans and parchment paper. Homemade edible gifts are my go-to because they feel thoughtful, personal, and honestly way more special than anything store-bought. You can batch a few of these ahead of time, wrap them up beautifully, and suddenly youโre the person everyone quietly hopes draws their name for Secret Santa.

Here are my favorite edible gifts, from easy classics to show-stoppers that make people gasp when they unwrap them.
