Heat your skillet over medum heat and then add in your oil.
Add in your diced potatoes and let them cook covered for 10-15 minutes or until they form a nice brown color.
Season your potatoes with your steak seasoning.
Flip your potatoes and continue cooking for another 10 minutes or until knife tender.
Add in your onions, bacon, and butter and saute until your bacon is brown and crispy.
Move your cooked potatoes and other ingredients to the side of the pan and add in your sausage. This keilbasa sausage I like is already cooked so all you have to do is brown it.
Add in your egg mixture and scramble everything together until the eggs are cooked through.
Top your scramble with some cheese and cilantro and serve hot!

Cooking on medium heat is the best way to promote browning without burning.Make sure you taste your potatoes to see if they are done enough before you add in the bacon and sausage.
