Instructions
Sprinkle gelatin into room temperature liquid in small amounts so it dissolves evenly. Stir gently so you don't create bubbles.
Let set 5 minutes so all the gelatin is absorbed into the liquid. Don't rush this part.
Liquify gelatin in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir gently then melt again for 10 seconds. Let mixture sit for 5 minutes.
Skim foam off top of gelatin with a spoon.
Strain and put into desired molds and refrigerate until set
Notes
Makes 1 cup of gelatin. Multiply this recipe for however many cups you need for your pan.
