I found that being a member of the school was worth every single penny I saved for it! Liz is a fountain of cake knowledge I couldn’t miss out on! I have learned so many amazing things like how to make cake structures food-safe, and how to properly use cake clay mixtures. For the information you get, you couldn’t ask for a better price.

When I started cake decorating YouTube wasn’t that big. It started with Liz’s fondant recipe for me. I sucked at getting sharp edges, I spent a year at it and failed. Then I learned the upside-down method from Liz and BOOM! It was like magic. I learned so many tips and tricks but what I really love the most is structured cakes.

Liz taught me so much on how to build them, what materials work best, and most of all… scaling cakes to size. I would always ALWAYS go over serving sizes on sculpted cakes up to about 20 servings!
