How does the membership work?

Sugar Geek Show works by offering full access to our library of 100+ tutorials for a monthly subscription fee. Included are several other benefits:

  • New tutorials added every month
  • Member-only discounts from our preferred vendors
  • Community forums where you can ask questions, request tutorial topics and show off your work
  • Private Facebook group (elite members only)
  • Monthly gifts and product samples mailed to your door (elite members only)
  • Permanent access to all new tutorials that come out while you are a member (elite members only)

You can cancel at any time, no contracts or special agreements.

How do Elite members get permanent access to tutorials?

One of the benefits of being an Elite member is you get permanent access to all new tutorials that are released while you are a member!

When a new tutorial comes out, you'll get emailed a PDF containing a link to the new tutorial on Vimeo as a Video on Demand (VOD and a coupon code to purchase the video for free.

1. If you don't have a Vimeo account, sign up for one and log in.

2. Click the link in the PDF to go to Vimeo.

3. Click the "Buy" button below the video trailer.

4. On the purchase screen, enter the coupon code to get the video for free and buy it.

You're done! You just got permanent access to the tutorial and it's attached to your Vimeo account for forever, even after canceling your membership to Sugar Geek Show.

How often do new tutorials come out?

We release one paid tutorial for our premium and elite members every 2 weeks. We also release free tutorials for our basic members whenever we come up with something cool to show off!

We currently have over 125+ tutorials on Sugar Geek Show with over 60+ hours of top-level instruction.

I can't watch the paid tutorials

Make sure you are logged in using the correct account and not a Basic (free) membership.

Please make sure your account is up-to-date and not in "Overdue" or "Canceled" status. Sometimes, a credit card gets canceled by the bank and a new card issued and your account might be canceled as a result.

I can't log in

1. Make sure to use your email in the first field and your password in the second field. Your email and password are case-sensitive.

2. Check to make sure CAPS-LOCK isn't on.

I'd like to upgrade or downgrade my account

1. Log in to Sugar Geek Show.

2. Click on the "My Account" button on the home page.

3. Scroll down and click on the "Manage" button on the left side next to your membership level.

4. Pick the new level you'd like to change to by clicking the "Change" button on the right.

5. Follow the prompts on the confirmation page, if you are upgrading to Elite, be sure to enter your shipping address for the mailed gift.

I live in Indonesia, can I join Sugar Geek Show?

This is such a bummer for us, no you can't. We use Vimeo as our video service provider and because Vimeo allows R-rated content, it has been blocked in Indonesia.

If you signed up not knowing this and would like a refund, please contact us.

I want a refund

We do not offer refunds on the membership subscriptions or Video on Demand (VOD) purchases unless there is a significant reason to issue a refund. You can cancel your membership subscription at any time. Memberships stay active until the next billing date (i.e. if you signed up on the 15th, cancel on the 20th, your membership will stay active until the 15th of the next month).
