In this tutorial, you will be shown how to use build up the Pegasus’ back and neck. Then how to build up the body, head, and legs using modeling chocolate keeping in mind the anatomy of a horse by referencing photos, figurines, etc. of horses. Next, learn an easy technique used to create the flexique feathers. Next you will be taught how to add the facial features, once again, making sure you are being anatomically correct to make the face look as realistic as possible.
You will also learn how to create the reflective water cake board by following some simply amazing techniques before adding fondant around the edge of the board and creating rocks to place on top of the fondant. After that is finished, you will be shown how to create the reflective water before moving onto making and assembling the wings and then adding the mane and tail using small pieces of fondant. Finally, you will be taught how to attach the flexique feathers to the wings and when all is said and done you too will have a special little Pegasus to share with others!
